In the Cowgirls exhibition basketball game against East Texas Baptist, LaCombe led all scorers with 27 points.
The Iota, LA native is a newcomer for the Cowgirls out of LSU-Eunice and the 27 point effort was her first ever game for the Cowgirls. She also had five three pointers and was 8 for 10 from the free throw line.…

Cowgirls hold out hope to make it to the Southland Conference in San Antonio, Texas
The McNeese Cowgirl volleyball team dropped their fourth consecutive conference game last week as they lost in four sets to the Stephen F. Austin Lady Jacks.
The loss gives McNeese a 17-11 record overall with a 5-9 Southland Conference record. Their contest with Nicholls State over the weekend decided which team would make it to the conference tournament and which team's season would end.…
